Gary is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in New York.
Mr. Wade is an MAI that has been employed with the ARD Appraisal Company for the past five years. Mr. Wade graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2004 with a degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Geography. He is a Certified General Appraiser in New York specializing in investment grade office properties.
