Mr. Surgent has extensive experience working on FAS 141 Purchase price allocations.
Steve is a graduate of The College of New Jersey with a bachelors of science in business. As a New Jersey State Certified General Appraiser affiliated with the appraisal institute he is working towards MAI designation. In addition, Mr. Surgent holds a New Jersey Sales Person license.
While our primary service area and experience is throughout the NY - NJ - PA metropolitan region, including New Jersey’s Bergen County, Essex County, Passaic County, Hudson County, Union County, Middlesex County, Monmouth County; Philadelphia to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania cities; and Manhattan’s New York City boroughs, we have conducted numerous portfolio property appraisals for commercial real estate appraisal clients nationwide.
