Mr. LiPira, is a New Jersey State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with 30 years experience in all types of property valuation, including; office buildings, shopping centers, hospitals, nursing homes, residential subdivisions, land, and industrial property. Since 1989 he has appeared and qualified as a real estate expert before New Jersey superior courts, New Jersey tax courts, and bankruptcy courts, for a variety of litigated matters, including eminent domain issues and tax appeals. Mr. LiPira has also provided expert consultation/testimony on behalf of the New Jersey Department of Transportation, and various New Jersey counties and municipalities. He has been licensed as a real estate broker since 1982.
