James Meehan, MAI, CTA graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2001 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and graduated from Monmouth University in 2009 with an MBA in Real Estate. He is also a Certified Tax Assessor in the State of New Jersey.
While our primary service area and experience is throughout the NY - NJ - PA metropolitan region, including New Jersey’s Bergen County, Essex County, Passaic County, Hudson County, Union County, Middlesex County, Monmouth County; Philadelphia to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania cities; and Manhattan’s New York City boroughs, we have conducted numerous portfolio property appraisals for commercial real estate appraisal clients nationwide.
