Patrick B. Ard is a principal in the firm and focuses primarily on managing the office as well as consulting and preparing appraisal reports for commercial properties throughout the metropolitan area. He has been with the firm since 1988. Patrick’s experience includes appraising and consulting of various property types including office, retail, apartment buildings, senior housing, and industrial properties. He has completed assignments from New York to California. Assignments have been prepared for local, regional and national banks, Wall Street conduits, REITS, insurance companies, mortgage brokers, local and state governmental departments and property owners. Patrick is qualified as an expert witness before the United States Federal District Bankruptcy Court, Superior Court of New Jersey, various county boards of taxation and planning boards. Patrick is a 1987 graduate of Boston College where he earned his degree in Bachelor of Science in Business. While at Boston College, he was on the varsity football team from 1983 through 1986. Patrick has been a member of the Appraisal Institute since 1998. Other affiliations include membership in the Union County Chamber of Commerce, Associate member of Environmental Law Institute, member of the National Association of Industrial Office Parks and the Metro New Jersey Chapter of the Appraisal Institute Board of Directors. Patrick is certified by the State of New Jersey, Board
of Real Estate Appraisers for practice as a General Appraiser (# RG00966). In
addition Patrick is certified by the State of New York, Board of Real
Estate Appraisers for practice as a General Appraiser (# 46000039951). |

THOMAS J. MIRENDA |

Thomas J. Mirenda has been a staff appraiser with the
ARD Company since 2002. He comes to the ARD Company with extensive experience in
the telecommunications business and has a BS degree from Fordham University
and a MA from Stevens Institute of Technology. As an Associate Member
of the Appraisal Institute, he is actively pursuing his MAI designation. Mr.
Mirenda’s experience includes the valuation of a variety of types
of real property including office, industrial, mixed use, apartment,
retail and vacant land. Expertise with Argus software has directed
his appraisal focus to the valuation of multi-tenanted Class A and B
office and industrial buildings |

Robert Roguso |

Thirty-five
years in the real estate industry, involved with commercial
appraisals, brokerage and lending. Presently completing commercial
appraisal assignments, while formerly focusing on mortgages with such lenders
as Chase Manhattan Bank, Marine Midland, and Unity Bank. Licensed
New Jersey Salesman, and completed curriculum towards N.J. state general
appraisal certification. |

Gerry Fahey
has been a Staff Appraiser at Ard Appraisal Company since 2003 specializing
in industrial properties. Prior
to joining Ard, he worked in the Portfolio Management and Brokerage industries
for over ten years. Gerry received his B.A. in Economics from Rutgers
University in 1991, his M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University in 2000
and successfully completed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analysts
Exam in 2003. He is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute
and is actively pursuing his M.A.I. designation. |

Kevin R. Hartong
has been a member of ARD Appraisal Company since 1998 when he graduated
from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey and received a
Bachelor's Degree in Adminstration from the W. Paul Stillman School of
Business. After several years
as an apprentice and associate appraiser under the supervision of William
and Patrick Ard, Mr. Hartong received his license as a State Certified
General Real Estate Appraiser in 2004. He has been an Associate
Member of the Metro New Jersey Chapter of the Appraisal Institute since
the Year 2000 and is currently following their curriculum for candidacy
for MAI designation.
Mr. Hartong has gained experience in most types of real property appraisal
and has been involved in the preparation of appraisals for matters concerning
condemnation, litigation, estate planning, financing and acquisition,
and appraisal review throughout the State of New Jersey. Property
appraisal types include single-family dwellings, various multi-family,
apartment and mixed-use commercial properties, all types of industrial
properties, numerous special-use properties, feasibility studies, and
specialized land appraisals for purposes such as subdivision development,
economic redevelopment, open space acquisition and conservation. |
