30 Knightsbridge Road, Piscataway New Jersey – A 680,000 square foot Class A office complex built for and occupied by AT&T.  The assignment was conducted for a REIT for the purpose of estimating the leased fee market value. 

Plainfield Country Club, Edison New Jersey – An exclusive private golf and tennis club, this property was appraised for a New Jersey law firm handling the clubs tax appeal. 

210 West Washington Square, Philadelphia Pennsylvania – A 13 Story Class B office structure containing 160,000 square feet.  This assignment was prepared for a Canadian life assurance company as part of their due diligence. 

Horizon Drive, Hamilton New Jersey – A corporate office park consisting of five buildings totaling approximately 500,000 square feet. 

100 Acre Parcel - Doremus Avenue, Newark New Jersey - Located on the northern fringe of Port Elizabeth and Port Newark, this assignment involved estimating the fee simple market value of an industrial site, formerly utilized as a petroleum tank farm.  This assignment was prepared for a Fortune 500 company specializing in the oil business.

67 Newton Lane, Village of East Hampton New York – This assignment involved valuing the leased fee interest of a 20,000 square foot net leased retail property.  The client for this assignment was a Florida law firm handling an estate. 

232 Strawbridge Road, Moorestown New Jersey - A suburban office complex containing approximately 200,000 square feet and occupied by Lockheed Martin.

Ruxton Towers, New York, New York  - A luxury apartment complex located off of Central Park West in Manhattan.  This assignment was prepared for a Wall Street conduit group. 

The Shops at Windsor Green, East Windsor New Jersey – A community shopping center located outside of Princeton, New Jersey.  The report was prepared for a Wall Street conduit group.
