Joseph Traks graduated from Villanova University with a BS in Finance in 2008. He went on to receive a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU’s School of Continuing & Professional Studies in 2009 and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Valuation from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2011. Mr. Traks is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in NJ, NY, & PA and holds the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute. Joseph specializes in the valuation of multi-family and investment-grade properties.
